Chicks digging into yogurt and son hand feeding

I'm so glad I found this place! I wouldn't have known about the joys of chickens digging into the yogurt--they're crazy for it! The chicks are now a week old and have started eating seeds and little bits of grass from my son's hand. The Australorps seem very bold; the Orps are hanging back more.

They're soooo cute! Those are the breeds I'm getting, too: Australorps and Orpingtons.

Well, so far, they are both sweet and very pretty. I'm delighted with my choices.
