Chicks During The Winter

So, we have about 36 eggs inside of the incubator right now. It's still cold outside, and with our first big hatch, were building a nursery just for the chicks. How does everyone keep their chicks warm during the winter?
 
Warm, before that I worry about the drafts first then a bed of straw for them to bed down on and as long as it is above -0 degrees F I let them huddle together but I rarely hatch less then 10 at least and only put them outside at 4 weeks of age when they are almost fully feathered alright 1/2 way there and I have never had a problem yet .......
