Chicks dying please help

Hi I have lost 10 chick due to an illness that does not seem to improve with any of the medicines my local vets here in Pakistan have prescribed there seems to be spots/scabs around the chicks beak area and their eyes seem to be affected and close up.Please any advise would be much appreciated I have 30 chicks left and 9 out of them are Ill too I have attached a pic of one of the I'll chicks Thanks in advance for your suggestions

Do the sores go inside the beak as well?
It could be canker. @dawg53 what do you think?

It might be wet pox or canker. Look for lesions inside the mouth. If there is a foul odor, it's trichomonosis (canker.) I havnt heard of canker affecting the eyes, but I've seen sinus canker before.
Either causes starvation or suffocation if lesions are in the esophagus, crop or trachea.
Fowl pox can spread near the eyes and when a bird scratches a lesion, the area including the eye can become infected. It's known as a secondary bacterial infection. Whereas fowl pox is a virus and there is no treatment.
