Well another one has died. Looks like another one is on its way. Just don’t know what to do

Thank you! We put regular water and moved some of the birds in a new container and put them in ouElectrolytes are only for the first drink. It's terribly hard on the heart because of the salt content.
Sorry for your loss..
we received these chicks at McMurray hatchery and they are wonderful people. We use the red heat lamps. We used them last year when we bought 20 chicks and none died. We have moved one set of birds in the laundry room and all survived over night. What kind of lamp/bulb are you using? Some bulbs are very toxic to chicks. I will attach an article for you to read. I'm sorry you're losing so many chicks. I personally feel your bulb sounds like a strong possibility.

Ok shooting in the dark.....
How many chicks total in the brooder?
What feed are you using?
Age of feed?
How many feeders?
Have you tried feeding moistened chick feed?
Could the trough have a chemical residue on it?
Can you move the heat lamp to one end of the trough just in case heat is still an issue?
I have had some chicks that the crumble was still to big for them to eat.
Can you try crushing the crumble in a zipper bag to make it like fine sand texture?
I hate losing a chick. Trying to hit on anything that may be the cause.

Good questions by @21hens-incharge look at all of her comments/suggestions - hopefully you can nail this down.

Wow nice! Yes too cold for them outside. This is a melon box I put pine shavings in the bottom. There is plastic under the shavings.

It was a warm day so I took the box outside. Once I had a hawk grab a chick so I leave the wire over the box. The box was right next to me and it happened fast.View attachment 1669121
