Chicks eating feathers?

Good morning chicken lovers i was wondering something about chicks and I have a few, about a month old and wanted to know if they are eating their feathers or if this is their mother hen i havent seen the pecking but still makes me wonder could it be them their mom or what can it be?

never seen that ..doesnt look too serious, but id probably pen it with a buddy for a week so it doesnt get serious to see what happens, let it grow in ..

It's not very serious they are just all bald but he is with his siblings and they are all the same
 
Oh boy, I'd certainly be concerned about this. Could be mites or a deficiency of some kind. Id suggest you dig in a bit and see more of what is going on here.

I see I'll check in on them then I mean they seem normal very active and all they just have missing feathers
 
I think if all the chicks have it, I would separate them from the mother, or at least put a camera on them to confirm
 
Do they have plenty of water? If not they will eat there feathers and anything like that contains moisture or a protein deficiency they need.
