Lovely. I love the hen with the big floppy comb. What breeds are they?

I have 4 hybrids, two grown up legbars 4 cream legbar chicks 1 black silkie bantam 1 maran and two buff orpingtons the floppy one is a ceam legbar. The black silkie is called Rambo because she thought she could beat up the orpingtons and one night she was not allowed to sleep in the coop because she spent the day plucking bum feathers out!

You have a lovely flock. I like the little crest on some of your hens.

I guess there is something about the spring that encourages broodiness. I have three different coops with a puffy, clucky broody in each of them.
