Chicks first night in the coop!

I’m so nervous for their first night in their coop! 2 are 7 weeks this Saturday and 2 are 8 this Saturday. They have been off heat and in my garage for almost 3 weeks so I know they will be fine they are just my first chickens! Our low tonight is 42° I’ll probably be a crazy person lurking with a flash light at 2am

ive been that person! As long as theyre not with big chicken strangers and have deep enough warm bedding to snuggle down into im sure theyll show you all bright eyes in the AM

One of the 4 is bigger than the others so I’m sure they’ll be huddled around her like they do inside

I just went to check on them and they are all nice and warm! They aren’t roosting though. Just cuddled together in their bedding.

lol. After a year and a half, I'm still that person.
Congratulations! They get so big so fast unless you are impatiently waiting for eggs... is their any other way to wait for your first eggs? Wishing you many more healthy and happy mornings!
