Chicks from the same hatchery as my flock – Mareks vacc?

I think I'm going to order my chicks today through our feed store from the same hatchery I got my original hens. Should I have them all vaccinated (an option from the hatchery) or not? The hatchery is NPIP and Pullorum-Typhoid clean.

Do you think is necessary or not, either for the safety of the incoming chicks or my current hens?
