Haha well I looked up your fair and looked at pictures and pictures had chickens in cages so there must be. Even my small community has plenty of cages for the birds and rabbits, they even have stalls for sheep, goats, and horses! :)
 
I think it would be to much of a hassle to bring both. Each has there advantage; my Silkie is smaller and way easier to handle but she's frequently been broody and pulling her breast feathers out and I'm afraid she'll get bad judging if they don't grow back in time. My Polish is beautiful bird but he's really hard to handle and he has problems with crooked toe nails which might be a problem and he's aggressive.

I'd go with the Silkie hen :) Do you have any pictures?
