Chicks gender?

Can you tell if these are male or females? They are about 3 to 4 weeks old. Is it too early to tell? Thanks for your help.

The second picture might be a male. But no guarantees. I'd say its too early to tell right now.

Too early but, I think I see 2 or 3 early cockerels - not sure if a different chick is in two of the photos. Also the red light makes it hard to access color.

first two are cockerels, all the rest are pullets.

Yes, I know the red, heat lamp probably doesn't really help with identification. I will post better pics. Thanks for your replies
