Chicks gender

I have 2 chicks that are 2 weeks old. One has started developing a comb but the other hasn't. Is this because one is male and one is female or is this just 2 chicks growing differently?

It could very well be that one is a male and the other a female, but it's a bit too early to tell at this stage I'd think. If you look on some of the gender threads, they'll throw you for a loop at the very last minute. What breed are they?

They are frizzles but other then that I'm not sure. I wouldn't mind if one was a rooster I just really don't want 2 roosters!!
