Is the temp and humidity stable in there?

I ran the hatcher for few days to keep an eye on temps until it was stable..cuz it has been hot,cold then back to hot..now it is cold outside..this weather here in Texas has to do with it alot..lol.

What kind of temp and humidity do you get?
What do you have on top to keep the heat in?
No fan inside to circulate the air?
Do you hand turn or tip the boxes?

I have 2 extra tanks and my kids would go crazy for this set up.

What is in the mauve colored egg??
