chicks just hatched & dried but fluff matted down/hard

Ok had two chicks hatch last night and this morning. I went home at lunch to move them from incubator to brooder and both are dry but not fluffy their fluff is hard and matted down. One a little better than the other. My humidity was at 50% then upped to 70% at lockdown.
What can I do? Can i bathe them? What do I use?

I think they will fluff and groom in the brooder. I would just leave them alone for a while. They tend to pick at their fluff and fix it. I washed a little "poopy butt" by sitting only her tail in warm water. It all matted, but in a day or so she had it all fluffed back up.

(I also have kids) its kinda like dried buggers in hair
& they have tiny pieces of shell stuck to them also
