chicks legs not working

I have a 3 month old hen that has had no problems until now. A few days ago she started having trouble walking. Kind of dragging one leg. I cannot see any damage to the leg so I put her in a pen by herself. This was 3 days ago. Now it looks as if she has gotten worse. She can kick with her left leg but the right one just hangs. I gave her aspirin for pain the first two days but she doesnt seem to be hurting so I stopped. She is eating and drinking. Just cant walk anymore. All my others are fine. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
