chicks lethargic and wobbly/shaking heads

I have young chicks about two months old ( two have died) and was wondering since it looks like it is affecting them all what I might start to give to them that I can find locally (as in mail order will probably be here too late) some sort of med to give to them... I guess what would you assume it might be ? and think of something easy to find that might help. Right now they just are acting quiet, feathers fluffed but obviously something is terribly wrong. the only thing I can think is that they were kept in a xlarge dog crate while maybe they needed more air /light but that is just a guess??

You need to give more information if you want help re : breed vaccinated or not, symptoms etc.
