Chicks losing feathers

I have 25 chicks, 10 easter eggers and 1 of them is losing back feathers. None of the other chicks have this.
They are about 6 weeks old. I can not see any mite/lice on any of the chicks. I have about 50 chickens in all and
this is the only one losing feathers
Any ideas?

Looks like the others are plucking her. How big of an area is everyone in and what are they eating? It could be boredom or chickens just being jerks

I agree with @nuthatched - also many feathers are broken not "lost". Kinda early to have pecking issues at 6 weeks of age.

The area is about 20 x 10 these chicks are in
My other chickens are in a different run and never mix with the chicks
I will keep an eye out for anything like that

Maybe put a camera in the coop and watch them. Something like a wyse camera where you can watch on your phone or computer and they won't be disturbed so you can see the natural behavior. You can also take the one chick out and monitor too. Good luck...
