Chicks Mounting each other - are they all Roosters???

My 12 week old chicks have a new behavior - some of them are grabbing the feathers on the back of the necks of the others with their beaks and then trying to get on their backs...does that mean they are roosters? UGH 4 of my 8 are doing this...figured I would get 1-2 roosters in the batch of my little babies but half ...

I'd say only 3(the white one) really shows any propensity of being male...all that color in it's comb.
 
That was my thinking but number 2 especially shows all the rooster behavior - seeks out food for the others, very alert, a little more aggressive, mounts the females, away from others on his/her own most of the time. I guess I will just have to wait and see:) thank you all for posting back to me.
