Chicks needed in Maine

Oh goody! I am dying for some colored eggies! I would love to get some chicks from you. Please pm me with your name etc...... I was looking for a poultry show and found the darn site tonight. Errrr. I only live 20 minutes from Windsor and knew the show existed but could not find out when it was. Grrrrr.

Bangor- let me see what I come up with for chicks. I might take a little Roo from you.

I still have 4 - 1 month old babies and today is day 18 on my hatch; so they come off the turner today! That will be 22 chicks if they all hatch out.
Anyone in Maine, let me know if you are interested.

Hi horsegirl!! We're in South Portland....

You can order as few as 3 chicks through My Pet Chicken or Meyer Hatchery!! That's what we did. They have an excellent selection. We wanted pretty eggs so we got Welsummers (for dark brown eggs) and EEs (for blue eggs) to add to our mixed flock which currently lays pale creamy tan, pinkins-brown, and plain brown eggs!!

I also have several breeds that are outside but not old enough to sex, polish crested, silkies, rhode island red bantams, and a few others. plus some turken/naked necks that are not outside yet. Options! You have options!

I was at the Central Maine Show in Windsor, stuff was selling so fast it made my head spin. If it had feathers....omg.........none of my stuff had hatched then of course! LOL
