chicks not hatched yet

ok so its now day 23 and i have 6 out of 9 eggs hatched but 2 are peeping out and one nothing yet the membrane seems to be beginning to dry out and refuse to leave it die what do i do HELP!

By now if they still don't hatch, then the chicks probably died. I would just bury them. I had one egg that pipped but didn't hatch. I cracked open the shell, the chick already suffocated and died. It would have live if I made a small hole where the chick cracked the shell so that it could breath. I did that for two other slow eggs, and they both survived.

open the incubator and peck on the eggs with your finger. In tge wild hens will peck on their eggs to tell the chicks to come out I did this to my chicks. I would peck on tge egg and they immediately started chirping.
