Yes, the roost is higher than the nest boxes, I have only these 4 girls all hatch same day.

That bar sitting high up is the roost? Try turning it so the wide side faces up, and maybe even lower it a bit, as it looks a little high in relation to the size of the coop (when they jump off, they need enough space to land... if the roost is 30" up they need at least 30" in front to land without hitting the wall). And manually put them on it each night until they get the hint.
