Chicks out of the incubator - ?? when is too early?

I have 2 chicks in the bator that hatched approx. 8 hours ago. They are active and appear dry. How soon can I take them out (I know they can stay for 24 - 36, but they are really shoving the other eggs around.)

Some shoving/playing soccer is actually good, it tells the others to get busy and hatch! But yes, by Day 2 after hatch I open really fast and grab the little criminals. Make sure the brooder is well stabilised, food and water in place.
