Chicks-Out of the Woods

I received 25 day old chicks from Stromberg's on Friday morning. How many days will it be before I will know if they will make it? I know a lot depends on me, but if I do everything right, at what point will I know they are going to survive. All but one is very active, eating, drinking, pooping, hopping and running.

The latest I lost any NEW chicks for "no reason" was at 3 weeks. I don't know what the official answer is.

Thanks for the info, they all seem so happy and active now, I just hope they stay that way. I have read everything I could find on how to care for them.

After a week if they are active and healthy I have never lost one.

I had 25 from mcmurray on oct.27 all were good 2 died 1 at 3d and 1 to a stupid mistake on my part at 1m.I have had alot of stupid chick mother who is me mistakes this year along with predator issues.
