Maybe you could build a big brooder box. That’s what I did. They grow so fast and those small browsers get crowded and smelly fast. Here is a picture of one I built. I have barely any carpentry skills. It’s not difficult. I also built a frame for a cover out of wood and hardware cloth so my cats couldn’t get at them and so the chicks don’t fly out. I just used left over lumber I had but a sheet of plywood and some screws and your good to go. Oh also don’t nail it use screws so if you want to take it apart
when you done to easily store it you can. That’s what I do. Also I move my chicks outside with a heat plate way earlier than I used to. Good luck. Hope this helps
