Chicks outgrown every brooder! Need help!

Our chicks are still inside and I wanted some advice.
What can we put them in to keep them in our basement while they continue to feather out and grow.
All boxes have been used. No large enough boxes remain anymore.
8- 6 year old chicks.
HELP!!!!!!

Do you have any of those large plastic storage tubs? I use those, they're easy to clean and reuse when you're done raising chicks in them. I also used a fish tank once

Did you throw away all boxes? Maybe you can break them down and duct tape them together to make a larger box.

We have moved them 3 times. They are now in the ugly Frankenstein’s-monster style 3 boxes cut and gorilla taped together.
I think those plastic tubs are too small for my flock. We have 8, they’re pretty big now. The boxes we have put together into their brooder is about the size of 3 of those plastic bins put together.
We had to throw the old boxes away because they got so disgusting from spilled water, chicken poo...etc.
Maybe ordering more from amazon is the key!

You might have to order more boxes If you order boxes.. do they come in a larger box or do you just receive a bunch of empty boxes?

Yeah, cardboard is a short-term solution at best. What's your plan for moving them outside? I'd look into getting an old rabbit hutch. You can find them free all the time in the classifieds. Then move the chicks outside or into a garage with a heat source.

These little hutches are super handy to have around. For isolation/treatment, raising chicks, quarantine.

Maybe see if you can find a couple large dog crates or pet pen. That might do the trick. I used an old rabbit cage I had lying around for my brooder.

Sorry, how old are these babies? Are they not ready for the great outdoors yet?
On another note, I find the 'doggy play pen' style panels really indispensable for containing chicks. They're cheap and you can patch multiple 'sets' together to really cover a large area. From there, you just need to concern yourself with bedding and covering the top - a roll of bird mesh works well over the top and corrugated cardboard is a cheap easy to clean base.
In my first set, 6 panels allowed me 1200x600mm, which was perfect for 4 chicks up till they were ready to move outdoors. I now have an 8 panel set up in a circular formation which provides heaps of space for my current batch of 7 and their broody for when they are getting a bit of close handling time, but would be a good space to feather out in as well.
These come in handy later too for erecting temporary chook barriers and cloching plants while they get established.

Possibly put them out with a heat lamp into the Coop they should have waiting?

You could keep them in a coop with a heat lamp, or go to an appliance store and ask them
If they have any refrigerator boxes. Those things are huge! I put closet shelving over the tops so that they cannot escape and heat lamp can still work. Secure with zip ties on one side so that you can lift them up. My mom had a lot of fun at one point with the boxes and made an entire apartment with different rooms and everything.
