chicks Peking at the shell.HELP

My 20 day old egg have made a little hole on the shell this morning and there is no more cracks in the shell

How long does it take it to hatch after the small hole ?????

It can take several minutes to a full day (or more) from pip to zip/hatch. If 24 hours go by from pip (the small hole) and the chick hasn't made progress I would consider helping the chick out of the shell.
