You say they are acting weird, but you don't really describe what that means? The fact that they are drinking is what really matters. Not drinking means they are not doing well. There is little you can do with baby chicks.

@VeryHappyHens, Where did you buy the chicks from? Some feed stores have a cheap simple chick brooder that you are able to use year after year.

I moved the heat lamp 1 died and the other seems weak. They need the lamp I figured so I put the lamp back in The center. One chick is thriving but does Not eat unless I put the food in my hand she will not eat out of the feeder.
