Chicks shipped monday 4/19.. not here yet

I'm getting worried. Meyer says they shipped my chicks monday. They haven't arrived yet....

Oh, no!! I know that sick in the pit of your stomach feeling. Mine shipped Monday also -- from a location only 6 hours away... they ought to have been here yesterday... but they didn't. When I called the post office this morning I was prepared to hear the worst possible, "Not here" news. But they came.

It is very sad to pass an empty brooder, wondering where the babies are. Do you have a tracking number? Have you called the post office a hundred times?

I just called the PO, they are not there yet. They said they would call my cell when they come in. I gotta bring my son to his annual physical... I didn't want to leave and miss them.

Is there a larger post office close by where they would make a "pit stop" When my chicks shipped, they did not arrive at my post office on Wednesday but then later in the afternoon, I received a call from the post office 12 miles North. The chicks were there and they called to see if I wanted to come and get them or have them sent down in the morning.

My new batch was shipped on the 19th and just arived today. All thirty made it safe and sound so don't give up hope. Best of luck....
