Chicks with blood around their rear are dying! What is this?

Can anyone tell me what this is and how to treat it? We just lost one leghorn chick today, and it appears two more have the same problem. It is obviously contagious, so how do I treat it. I have started Sulmet in their water. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have never seen this before.

That is coccidiosis, and it can cause bloody stools. Sulmet is one of the drugs to treat it, corid the other one, but I think sulmet is stronger.
