Chicks with diarrhea but vaccinated?

I picked up 6 chicks from our local Rural King and they said that the chicks are vaccinated they get from the hatchery. Some of my chicks are having diarrhea though, and I'm not sure what to do. Could it just be from them settling in? We got them yesterday. And 2 are older then the rest

Birds don't have solid poop. Especially chicks.

The vaccination (you didn't specify what they were vaccinated for) has nothing to do with diarrhea.

I'd recommend adding Poultry Nutri-Drench or electrolytes to their water for the first few days, to help them with stress and adjust to being in a new setting.

Chicks/Chickens have what is called the "cecal" poop which is very soft & smelly every so many poops. If they're drinking alot of water, their poop will be softer also.
