Chicks with navel problems

This is my first time hatching quail chicks and all three that have hatched (still have one or two more) have navel problems. One of the chicks had not fully absorbed their yolk, I put them in a cup with paper towels and he absorbed it over night, when I checked I realized that he had a herniated navel and I can't seem to get it back in to save my life. The next one looks like it has a little bit of poop over the navel opening. And the last one looks like the is a hard piece of something not allowing the navel to completely close up.
