Are you feeding anything other than chick starter? Any treat or freeze dried mealworms? I've noticed my babies poo will turn color when the piggies gets most of the mealworms & too much treats make for nasty poo.

Well, all of them are acting healthy. The Light Brahma has had normal poo too, and I can't tell if she stopped having the weird droppings yet.
My Silver Laced Polish had that poo also.

Are you having troubles with your flock?

If you are using a commercial, nutritionally balanced poultry feed, usually it already contains probiotics and sometimes prebiotics.

That said, it won't hurt to add probiotics and vitamins to the water once a week. A little yogurt as a treat every now and then won't hurt either.
