I have 8 chicks I hatched myself in my brooder. Three days ago we brought 6 bantam chicks home from RK. Everyone was doing fine until this morning. One bantam died overnight and two other chicks are showing signs of a respiratory infection. Can I give them Duramycin-10 in their water? If so, what is the chick dosage?

I'm new to chickens as of this year so I'm not familiar with Duramycin. Do you have vet-rx? That's what I've used anytime I see a respiratory issue and they've bounced back.

I don't have any VetRX on hand.
