chicks with umbilical issues

I had a difficult hatch and helped a few pop out, and three of them have a blob at the umbilical cord spot. They are walking around, acting normal, and there is no bleeding. Here are some pictures.... Do you think they will survive and are there any treatment I should give at this point? (topical antibiotic?)

This really doesn't look bad at all to me. I would just try to keep it clean and dry. One of my chicks hatched with a rough naval, and she didn't make it, but hers was much worse:

Ok thanks for looking at my pictures! I had three that were like the picture you posted and we had to put them down. I feel much better about the ones I posted pictures of, their cords are shrinking and drying out and look much better than they did yesterday.
