My 6 week old Ameraucana pullets all at once fell to their side and seemed to have seizure moving legs back and forth tightening feet then got up two continued to lay back down and start episodes again. Then fine rest of night and today. Can someone explain?

Could they just be having a dust bath? It looks quite alarming the first time you see it, but if they were fine afterwards it might be just dust bathing.
