Give your wobbly chick some sugar water or get a product called nutri-drence. I think TSC carries it, I haven't ever seen it but I've seen it recommended a lot around here. Also make sure to dip the chicks beaks in the water and make sure they get a good drink. Watch for the other chicks to pick on the wobbly one.

I ordered the electrolyte that u put in their water. I added it when they arrived. All the rest are drinking and eating well but my little light brahma still isn't :-( she keeps tipping over and getting stuck on her back :-/ time to pull out the eye dropper and start giving her sone TLC wish us luck :)

Praying your little one gets better-probably the stress of it all and getting cold. I had one in my last order that was like that-I think she had hypothermia. Just got too cold traveling. I put her in her own brooder under a heat lamp at 95-100 degrees. Fed her from a dropper with a soup of starter food, boiled water, pinch of sugar and salt. Took her about 3-4 days to fully recover. I thought she was not going to make it but she did and grew to be a lovely, healthy hen. (I fed her thru the night also). I knew she was recovered when she started calling for her friends and trying to jump out of the makeshift hospital brooder. Good luck with your sweet little fluffies-They are so adorable!

Exciting news!!! My little light brahma made it threw the night. After a long night of giving her 1/2 dropper full at a time every 1.5-2 hrs she is doing much better. At about 4 am she took a fee bites of food off my finger ad took a drink out if the dish on her own :) this little chicky is my favorite I think. All it took was lots of devotion and TLC and she was able to thrive :)

On a different note: does anyone know what kind of chicken the little yellow one might be in my picture. It was a free one they just tossed in so I have no clue?

Oh that is Fab news! In regards to your yellow chick-could you take a picture away from the red light-then we could see her better and guess on breed. So happy your baby is doing better!

The little chick that is all alone is my brahma. She is doing so much better. She still can walk very well but she try's and wen she tips over she gets back up and tries again. Fingers crossed for her.
