Happy monday! Midwest summer is in full action... We have been hot and humid.
The chickys have started hanging out in our windbreak, full of evergreens. They roost on the lower limbs, its the cutest dang thing!

I have ducks but I loved your pictures of your animals. I hope that you find the perfect horse. My friend got a goat for a friend for her horse and it kept it feeling safe and calm. Maybe you can get one of each to keep hubby happy? Good luck with your decision and thanks for sharing those beautiful pictures. I loved following along.

Thanks so much! I have a feeling we will end up with a goat.... Now he is talking about wanting a donkey instead of a goat. I am more on board with the donkey.

I hope that works out well for you and you are most welcome. My Brother-in-law has two horses and two donkeys but does not keep them all together for some reason. I am not sure why. I would think they would all get along just fine. The one donkey likes to nip and kick so that might be the reason. I used to play donkey basketball for our school. It was the bus drivers against the teachers. We won but I landed off of one of them one time. They sure can be ornery, lol.
