Have you checked the condition of her crop?

just checked it , it is mush and liquidy, I think mucus thing could be due to feeding which was from egg yolk where some portion of white stuff might be left. Hen does not have mucus all the time , I clean her box put white towel to check pooping , last but not least she is very lethargic , rarely stands, curls the feet

Her rest period will take about 3 to 7 days. When you feed her yolk remove the white content, it should be only yolk. Just remember to give her small feeding at a time. And make sure she can drink some water periodically.

yolk and Electrolyte are both syringe fed , I hope this is ok

tonight she passed away, she did poop, likely issue was something else, I am guessing she was septic .. a hard lesson learnt for me....
