Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

( Interesting is what I am going for. I think she will click better with Harper when they meet. Or who knSamanows maybe she will just hate all my characters, lol.)

"Maybe I will get one, who knows. Needles don't bother me its more that if I am going to put something into my skin I think it should mean something. Much like yours do, and its ok you don't have to tell me about what they mean specifically. I know its a bit personal and you don't really know me." He added with a smile as he walked along side her. "I get it, giving your best for Ryker. You know your one of the few like you that will talk to me. I mean actually talk to me, thank you for that, even if you didn't want to." He added with a knowing smile. He may not have super senses or anything special like that but he had intuition and he knew that she was clearly not used to someone like him, that talked this much that is.
(She's just difficult  I'm thoroughly enjoying this interaction)

Samantha moved her hand up to the symbols running along her arm. No, she didn't want to get into specifics about them. "Anything permanent should have a lot of thought put into it beforehand," she mused. She lengthened her stride, impatient to get to the gym and also, if she was honest with herself, to test the man's own energy. "If I ignored you, that wouldn't be nice, now would it," she said, chuckling lightly. She may be straightforward, impatient, among many other things, but she did have enough heart to not leave someone hanging.

(Good because I am enjoying it too! )

Liam nodded in agreement, that was part of the reason he had not gotten one up until now. He could never think of anything worth stamping on his skin forever. As she hastened her pace he moved to match her stride, he could keep up. She was a touch taller then him but he could walk fast, heck he would jog if he had too, he was just so darn happy that someone was talking to him. "No it wouldn't have been very nice had you ignored me but it hasn't stopped others in the past. I am well aware that some of you think less of us normal humans. Or maybe its something else, I don't honestly know because like I said most won't talk to me. Harper is the one exception but then again we work together so you know, it would be awkward if she wouldn't. You know if you are working on balance you should look into some of the more complex yoga moves, they might help you out there." he added with a slight huff, he was doing too much talking to breath at this pace.

"Sure, maybe we will get lucky and he'll have an old one sitting around somewhere. If not we can still go stargazing I am just not sure where. We aren't really allowed outside, wonder if there is access to the roof?" He mused as he considered whether or not he should be breaking rules by going outside. But he so wanted to, if they could find a way to make it work he would. It had been so long since he had done it, and breaking a few rules wasn't the end of the world.
Aquene looked to him mischeviously, whispering "Well i like breaking rules here and there. So what do you say, red panda, are you up for it?" Her eyes gleamed with excitement.

William eventually got up and got dressed in some fresh clothes and ran his fingers through his hair, messily combing it. He then headed off down stairs to snag some things from the kitchen staff. He hadn't eaten a solid breakfast so he was hungry after his run. He figured he could grab some stuff to make himself a breakfast on the go. Then head out to see if Leah was really still out in the same spot.
Leah was just singing softly, changing the words to her song. She realized human males he mistreated her, and a prince wasn't anything she wanted. Rather, she had the dragon save her from the prince who wanted her for himself. She sang the new version, deciding whether she liked it or not.

"Sure!" Atalanta agreed readily. It was definitely nice hanging out with people that weren't clients or her brother. Priam slipped his partially wet shirt off and tossed it at her, then immediately made up for it by opening the door for them. "We'll see you then," he said with a dip of the head.

Lucy listened for footsteps below. Nothing. She bent her little coon face over the edge and, seeing no one, jumped down and shifted. She grabbed her backpack up and hurried down the hall for her first class.
Iris nodded, and headed her own way to her room to shower.

Victor sat down in his chair, noticing Lucy's was empty. He opened his new books and looked at the teacher, bored but there for the moment.

"No problem if they do. Tiger here has a solution to that," Alexis said, smiling mischievously as she elbowed him lightly.

( :lau That was honestly my plan B if Madison threatened to tell on him)

Allen jerked back, more of a reaction to Ashton's holler than the lioness' advance. He wasn't quite sure what to say as he looked from one female to the other. He shoved his hands in his pockets but immediately pulled one out when it made contact with the now warm bag of cheese. "Wellllll," he sighed softly as he searched for words befitting the situation

Okay, maybe not. "Inflation: you know, the item loses its value the more you have?" Haley shrugged as she looked to her folded hands. "Never mind."

Ares laughed at Roan as he stood up. "Need a seat, m'am?" He called out unabashedly. He winked down at his new friend and whispered loudly, "this is how you do it, man."

Emily looked towards the voice. Yes, one of the students was talking to her, she realized. Oh shoot; maybe she should have waited for a proper introduction with Ioan. A bit of color crept up her neck as she headed towards him so she wouldn't have to yell back. "I was, actually, but they all seem to be taken," she said tentatively.

Ares gave her a charming smile as he pulled out the seat Indigo had deserted beside Roan. "All but this one," he said, with a sweep of his arm towards the chair.

Dimitri beamed and nodded. "Yep! Not in the least." He said as he moved to sit down aginst the wall on Donella's side. "Do you mind if we sit over here next to you?"

Andorra went back to savouring the sunset rays.

Madison caught her balance easily enough and turned to face Ashton. She scoff at her. "So you're his...what? Handler? But you still can't control everything about Allen. He seemed pretty free to me to make up his own mind. Aren't you Allen?" She asked Allen pointedly.

Ashton glared at Madison and retorted, "I'm not his handler, we're simply friends. I was protecting him from your crazy self. THAT'S ALL! "

"Aww, poor bitter girl. Always stuck in the friend zone. It really must be terrible being you. So alone with your security clearance and deep dark secrets." Madison said cruelly.

Dyrus smiled ruefully and said quietly, " I'm soRaycon I didn't get it. I'm hinchman, not an intellect. I'm sure it was witty as much as it was funny." He nodded to the waitress that she brought their drinks.

(Oh you're bad. Sitting her beside poor Roan who is soo awkward with females. :pop )
Roan set a confused glance to Ares as he offered the chair beside him. What? Wait! Why didn't Ares offered the woman that chair? He looked to the woman and gave her his best smile. Which was a bit creepy. "Hi" He said shyly.

A smirk spread slowly across Samantha's face and she didn't bother hiding it as she glanced to Liam. He was keeping up, surprisingly. "You're not lesser, you're just different," she said, frowning slightly now. She shook her head. "No, we're the different ones. And in case you haven't noticed, the world doesn't like different. Most of the humans here, yourself included, I keep a distance from for both our sakes. The ones who can defend themselves with Ryker's gifts are safer from me." She grinned devilishly at him, flashing her sharp canines for effect.

Iris nodded, and headed her own way to her room to shower.

Victor sat down in his chair, noticing Lucy's was empty. He opened his new books and looked at the teacher, bored but there for the moment.
Atalanta practically dragged her brother upstairs. She was famished and wanted to get the cleanup over quickly so they could go eat.

Lucy slowed as she rounded the corner, then stopped at the open doorway. She took a deep breath, adjusted her backpack over her shoulder, then entered, head held high. There was Victor—and there was her still empty chair. Had he saved it for her? Something touched her heart then, splintering the barrier she'd voluntarily formed around it, and it took her a moment to recover herself enough to go sit down. "Did I miss anything?" She asked in a whisper.

Dimitri beamed and nodded. "Yep! Not in the least." He said as he moved to sit down against the wall on Donella's side. "Do you mind if we sit over here next to you?"

Allen forced a smile—a very stiff one. "Yes, I can make up my own mind," he said smoothly, despite the urge to growl at her. Ashton's temper was on edge and Madison didn't seem to be below pushing her. He was walking a fine line here. To cross, or not to cross. "Much like yourself," he said, replying to Madison's insult before Ashton could. Line crossed.

Haley reached for his hand. "It was pretty bad on my part," she admitted.

"Hi," Emily said, smiling as she held out a hand in greeting. She didn't yet take the seat, unsure of the propriety there considering her position. "I'm Emily." She couldn't help it. A little fun was necessary before she resigned to being Ms. Lane for the rest of her time here.
Ares smirked at the two as he reclaimed his own seat.
