William headed outside and took in a breath of fresh air before heading out towards where she said she would be. As he neared he paused for a second as he looked around, and listened carefully so he could pinpoint where she was, he didn't want to trip on her again. He heard her off in one direction and headed towards the noise and found her weaving flowers into her hair. "brought something to eat in case you missed breakfast." He called out as he approached so he wouldn't startle her if she hadn't heard him coming.

Leah turned around and looked at him, smiling as she realized he had thought enough to bring food for her. She got up and replied "Thank you so much, you're a very kind dragon."

Aquene nodded, before looking at her wooden watch on her wrist. She replied, embarrassed, "I'm late for my first class. I should get going, but maybe I'll see you at lunch?" She looked at him, rising to stand and leave, for an answer.

Elijah nodded, "Sure I will see you at lunch then. I'm going to head back to my room, maybe skip out on my first class. But I will for sure see you at lunch." He said with a smile as he got up, "You want me to walk you to your first class?" He asked curiously, he was taught to be courteous and personally he just wanted a little more time with his new friend.

Leah turned around and looked at him, smiling as she realized he had thought enough to bring food for her. She got up and replied "Thank you so much, you're a very kind dragon."

William burst out laughing then a bright smile spread across his face as he closed the distance between them. "I was modeled after a dragon but no one has ever actually called me one. But thats ok I like it, you can call me dragon any time you like. I even managed to snag a fresh loaf of bread." He added as he opened his bag and pulled out the bread to show her.

"I'm the only bat hybrid here, as far as I know, so that's why my teeth are different than the others," Samantha explained reasonably. And being the only one, she had felt compelled to make sure she did her animal justice. She was still a ways from top dog, but considering that the main dogs to be beaten were Ryker's henchmen, she was satisfied where she had gotten in training and skill. She glanced at him. Okay, too close. As a corner neared, she turned it sharply so he would be forced a step behind.

Liam was about to say something when she abruptly turned a corner and he still having the momentum and trying to follow ran face first into the wall. He backed up a step and rubbed his face a bit before looking after her. Now how had he managed this feat he wondered, paying too much attention to the teeth he thought that must have been it. And now he had gone and embarrassed himself by face planting into a wall. "I uh, this corner, uh I totally meant to do that. So you were saying, oh right you being the only bat hybrid that makes sense. You know that makes you pretty special, Ryker must have big plans for you." He added as he hurried to catch up.

(@NickyKnack you can have Harper for either of your peeps since it took me so long to get back to you. I am just going to have her checking on the cells while she stretches her legs.)

Harper leaned back and looked at the clock on the wall. She stretched her back as she looked at her notes. She had been looking at samples since Ryker and Alastor had gone to bed, it was well past time that she got up for a break. As she stood and stretched her stiff muscles from sitting immobile for so long she wandered closer to the recovery room to check on Leverett and Layla. Both seemed to be still asleep and Leveretts vitals looked good so she headed out into the hall. As she headed slowly down the hall coming up on the cells she stretched her arms over her head until her back popped, ah that felt better.

Aquene thought about it, before responding "I'm probably going to skip my first class too. I barely slept last night, it was too hot in my room." She added "But you can walk with me to my room if you'd like."

"It's his whole attitude that's the problem. Some people are just determined to be miserable, I guess." Dimitri thought aloud. He finished up his food and nodded to Alexis. "Yeah, we best get going. History waits for no one." He added as he stood up.

(And before you flag me for being wrong, college classes have swings days. MWF and TT. we'll call it Thursday if it's fine with Run Wild. )

Donella looked to them and mewed then waved her paw at them in a farewell.
