Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

(It wasn't just my fox that found it, I think it was Amara that found or broke it before she met Casey.)
Donella nodded and moved to kneel in front of the door to work on the lock. She certainly wanted to be able to go inside for water before the end of the school day. She worked the small metal for a few minutes before the lock gave over. "We do need a better way to keep it open when we are up here."
(Bringing this forward)

(@Nariah01 keeping it on the current page for you.)

(Thanks so much, I've been super busy and I end up losing posts. )

William looked at her with mock horror at such a thought, but he was truthful when he answered her. "I would never go easy on you in any endeavor, I consider that an insult to both of us. I truly am just his terrible at basketball. " He added with a grin at how bad he was. He picked up the ball and attempted to dribble it but he had to do so very slowly. "I was always a runner, never much for other sports." He added as he picked the ball up and shot it towards the basket, not even close.

Willow smiled contentedly and said as he took her hand to led her away, "Fine with me stud muffin. I slept like a baby last night. "

Roan pulled on a clean pair of pants and buttoned them. "Yeah, good luck with that. Let's hope your first impression goes splendidly. I blew my shot." He half grumbled as he continued to tidy his appearance. Finished and satisfied with what he saw, he headed for the door. "I guess I'll see you later then.

"I'm fine so far. But if there was a problem, I'll definitely let you know. I figured it was something like that. Ryker gets so engrossed in his work, it would have to be something substantial to get his attention away from that." Irine surmised as they continued on to the training facility.

Adrian smiled and squeezed her hand affectionately as they headed towards her room to deposit his things. "So did I, perhaps I should just stay at your place then. Or perhaps when I get my new room you should come for regular sleep overs." He replied with a smile as he looked down at her. "You know that nickname was way to easy for you to come up with. I am going to have to come up with something for you." He had thought of several but nothing had fit her.

Elijah chuckled as he watched Roan get ready to leave. "Well I don't know if it could go any worse then your first impression, but lets hope if I do bump into her it goes well. Have a good day in class, see you later." He said with a wave to him as he left the room. He looked at the ceiling and considered what he would do with his now free period. He thought about going exploring round the school again, looking into some rooms he had never been. He decided he would do that in his other form just in case.

Harper nodded and made a mental note that Irine was not experiencing anything unusual. "Hes had a very busy few days, he was up all night fixing poor Leverett. I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't see him until dinner." She said with a sigh as they approached the gym, Harper reached out and held the door open for them to go in. "And I am pleased to hear you are not in any discomfort, some experience that for some time after there tests."

"I find that the water helps me think, I dunno when I swim its like I go to another place. It might have only been a half hour but it feels like longer." He said as he hauled himself out of the pool and sat on the edge. He left his feet in as he reached for a towel and began drying his hair off a bit. He looked at her, he imagined what she was thinking but it didn't matter. she either got it or she didn't, wasn't much he could do bout that. He gave her a smile instead and added, "Hey when you find something that works stick with it right?"
Samantha heard him out patiently, cocking her head slightly as she observed and listened. Strange fellow, but clever enough. "Yeah, sure," she mumbled her agreement. "Or dump it and keep looking for something that works even better," she added, slightly louder, before moving back a couple feet. She chuckled softly as she ducked under the water's surface to swipe her hair back out of her face, then reemerged.

Liam tilted his head, so she was the type to test boundaries then? He couldn't get a read on her, he found it unsettling and interesting at the same time. He draped the towel over his neck and watched her resurface before he kicked his feet a bit splashing her in the face with water. "Your an odd one, but I like you." He said with a chuckle as he looked at her, mostly he just hoped he didn't ever end up on her bad side, like many of those that lived in this house.

Sam shook the water out of her eyes and stared, unamused, at him. His comment threw her for a moment but she quickly collected herself and straightened in the neck deep water. "Well thanks. You're an odd duck yourself." She laughed dryly. Few people actually liked her, and she was more than fine with that. It made things easier, generally, but if he chose to like her to any degree then all power to him.
