Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Ares swiveled to face her. "Actually," he said, trying to keep his voice even, "it's none of the above. It was a refused help, and then she left me with all her fat textbooks." He looked her over, not even trying to be subtle about it. "And who, may I ask, are you? I could turn you in for stalking, if you'd like."
Andorra was unimpressed and shook her head, "You haven't earned my name. And stalking would require an interest in you, which from what I've seen, you're severely lacking. Besides do you think anybody could possibly care for you, more then you love yourself?" She snorted as she took Amara's books. "I'll take these for her. You're obviously not man enough to carry them. If I didn't know better, I'd swear you were a dog. They're always taking things that don't belong to them and hiding them somewhere else." She called back as she headed down the hallway.

Nova blinked at the light then shielded her eyes. No wonder she had been getting tired, it was daylight. So much had happened that her sleep schedule was off. Oh well, no help fro that now she would just have to keep to shadows as much as she could then go to rest after they returned,
(Lol, he's holding the door for her... is she going walk out?)

"Actually, I just had one and you look spent. Your form could use some work. You're sloppy and that leads to irreversible damage to joints and tendons. He wouldn't want that, would you? To be laid up because you were reckless." Vasper said with sincerity.

Layla pushed back a snarl into something similar to a frown, she thought he was trying to be helpful but at the same time it came off a lot like an insult. Then again she was never good at reading people, hence the no friends part of her life. "Perhaps my skills are not on par with yours but they are hardly sloppy. This was not my best more to get my frustration out. And if I truly am this reckless and sloppy then what would you suggest? You going to teach me?" She replied with a snort, she was a tad offended but even she was hesitant to push him too far. She doubted he or Rykers other top dog would ever offer to train her it was more a jab. But to be honest she would relish the chance to learn from them. They were where she wanted to be, she wanted to be useful in Ryker eyes.

Emily shook his hand, just overly long to make it even more embarrassing, and stepped back to let him in. "One of the students—Ares—found another shifted and unconscious in a hall. There were deep teeth marks at his throat, but he was alive still," she explained. "Is. Is, alive," she corrected herself quickly. "Ares and Casey took him to the nurse's office. Lord, I don't know what I'd have done without them. Um, anyway, Ares is trying to find whoever did this, and Casey is still with the tiger, as far as I know. I was just going to check on them both." Emily glanced up to look for a reaction. An offer to help would be fantastic, all things considered.
A deep frown set in Ioan's features. He thought hard on who had been hurt until one of Emily's words gave him a clue. "Dimitri?" He said in low voice, knowing who it was but rather wondering how this happened. "I have to go see him." He said walking out the door. He needed to see Dimitri himself to determine how severe the situation was.

(Pretty boy just got roasted :lau)

Ares searched for words to say to this arrogant, judgemental woman who thought it fine to give her opinion so bluntly. "What..? What have you seen? Were you following me just now?" He pulled the door closed behind him and hurried to catch up. "And I am not a dog, for your information," he said, huffing with indignation now. It was a leopard, if she wanted literal and specifics.

"Yeah, please do," Emily murmured as he left. Where had the man been all morning? She plopped down in a chair just long enough to put her shoes back on, then headed out to go find Ares. If Ioan was going to Casey and Dimitri, she'd have a little more time to deal with the other half of the situation.

"Oh, what's the hurry? " Willow asked with a squeak as he moved faster. She laughed with a mild bedevilment as she fisted a handful of mane and wrapped it around her hand.

Adrian actually enjoyed this more then he thought he would. He gave a happy little kick and hop now that she was holding on better. He would never purposefully dump her on the ground and she had good balance. If the floor wasn't so slippery he would have really let loose, it had been so long since he had just run. However with the slick tile flooring he didn't want to chance it. He rounded the corner into the cafeteria and was a bit sad that the little joy ride had come to its end. He stopped at the door to the kitchen and then slowly laid down for her to get off with ease, ever the gentleman.

Vasper looked to her hands and motioned forward her to show him. "You must always maintain control. Don't let if get to the point of being a powder keg. Keep your anger topped off. That's what I have to do with mine. I'm in here daily when I can. If you'd like to come in too, I could give you some pointers." He replied quietly. He looked to her face to gauge her current temperament. He smelled a mix of emotion, but he couldn't pinpoint her current one because of it.

Andorra looked back to him and asked, " Then why are you following me like a stray that I feed?"
