Harper nodded, that made sense she hadn't been paying close enough attention, she should have known that. She checked her vitals and then pulled up a chair to better keep an eye one Irene as she healed. She looked up at Alastor, " Thanks for the clarification. I am glad we were able to get her here in time to actually help her. And that Amaryllis stopped by. " She said simply with a small smile on her face. She would have felt better had it not happened in the first place but at least the outcome was better.

" Yes, I am too. But I think the thing that ultimately saved Irine further complications, was that she had passed out early. Which slowed down heart rate, thus slowing the spread of the venom through her system, by keeping it more localized to her hand. The rest is a lucky break and a win for the living. " Alastor stated with utmost sincerity.

William gathered her up in his arms and hugged her to his chest. " I am glad you took the chance and spent the day with me. You never have to apologize for things like that with me, i get it. And I am happy to have given you someone to talk to. " He said soothingly as he ran his hand up and down her back in a soothing motion. He had not expected her to cry although he sensed that it was not tears from sadness.

Leah stopped crying soon after she had started, but stayed close to him. She felt safe, calm, relaxed, around him. Like he was an actual dragon there to protect her from the outside world. She enjoyed that thought, and dwelled on it, quietly appreciating his presence. She laid her face against his chest, softly saying “Thank you William.” before kissing his chest quickly.

( I think that would be fun. She can be kind of the friend that tells Madison how it is and how crazy she is. Something like that if you want. They can just rib on eachother, literally the only one she'll let do it. )

Saskia sat with her back against the wall staring up at the ceiling in boredom. "Come one will someone let me out already!? I've done my time!" She shouted at the top of her lungs as she dropped her eyes to the cell door across from her. She had been in this cell, her old friend for about a week. She had counted the hours, the days because there was nothing else for her to do. She groaned and rolled her head forward dropping her chin to her chest as he hair fell in a curtain across her face. She knew this was her punishment, it was her fault, she knew that, but could they at least give her a board game or something!

Ryker dialed it back a bit as he noticed her reaction. He sighed and asked instead, "How did you feel when it fist happened? Have you felt that way at all today? Maybe you won't have to soak very often. Maybe just taking a bath or even a swim periodically will help."

"I felt the same yesterday as I did almost every day of my life: frail and weak." Came her humble, quiet answer. "I haven't felt that way until I came here, after my blood was drawn." She answered him fully, knowing that was what he expected of her.

Andorra perked up as she caught sight of HIM. Yep, at least there was nothing wrong her eyes. "YOU! There you are!" She said accusatory.

Ares spun on his heel to see where the hollering voice was coming from. "Me?" He pointed to himself. Frowned slightly. Not this crazy again. Andorra's gaze was shooting daggers and he didn't wish to be on the receiving end of it.

Leverett smiled as he looked to Priam as he settled down next to him and asked quietly, "Comfortable isn't it?"

"Please! For that measly amount, you'll only get partial truth from me. Now fork it up furball. This is no time to be stingy." Ashton stated as she looked at the amount he'd deposited in her outstretched palm.

Dyrus grinned devilishly as he watched Haley's little display. My, my, my. Was all he could think in her wake as a soft growl came to his throat.

Priam nodded, barely aware that he did. He was shocked speechless. He was capable of causing loss of limbs, of life, but Amaryllis was capable of saving life. What Ryker could do for the world if he wanted.

"Well then gimme partial, and I'll give you more mix for more partial," Allen said insistently, pulling away.

Haley smirked over her shoulder at him as she halted her step. "Come on, slow poke," she said, beckoning with a forefinger, "at this rate, we'll be in here for days."

Victor asked cluelessly “What is the inevitable?”

"School. Class." Lucy shrugged. "Where we are, for now."

Michael looked to her then shook his head a little "He has a fever and whatever this virus is. He seems to have been healthy before this."

"I saw him," Alexis mumbled. Cleared her throat to speak with more clarity. "He and I were talking not long before this happened, I guess, and he seemed a little on edge. But not sick, certainly not. Have you not figured out who did it?"

Lyra smiled, "Same actually. The only thing I would add is Historical Fiction. Sometimes its interesting to see what some people can come up with based off of the facts of past historical events. Do you have many friends here? I am fairly new, only been here a few months. " She replied looking at the floor. She was not shy per-say but she was often quiet at first when meeting new people. And she didn't often make the first step and just say hi to everyone, so making new friends was often difficult for her at first.

Liam groaned and rolled his eyes, she just loved putting him in positions he didn't want to be in. He moved into the lab after her and spotted Eliana where he had left her, in the corner on the swivel chair clutching her tea mug. Her eyes snapped to him and Sam as they stepped into the room and she let out a growl.

"Eliana meet Sam, sam this is Eliana." he said making the introductions before leaning against the wall next to the door. Quick get away in case he needed it. Sam could probably handle herself if Eliana attacked so he had no grand ideas of trying to step in and save her if it happened.

Eliana watched them a low growling coming from her throat as she did. What was he doing back? And why did he bring this Sam in here? Was she some sort of attraction now, like a zoo? Her fingers clutched her mug even tighter and the ceramic mug cracked slightly but didn't break.

Zaine nodded his agreement. Occasionally he read historical fiction, if only to remind him that even reading and writing couldn't keep reality out. "I've met a few people, but not many that I would call friends." He shrugged lightly. He had only himself to blame there, much as he hated to admit it. "You? Have a decent roommate?"

Sam flashed the woman a smile, showing off her fangs for all their benefit. Liam was nervous as heck and she sensed it, and his nervousness just fed her determination to drag this out and make him as uncomfortable as possible. "Pleasure to meet ya," she said, daintily waving a hand in greeting. She stayed put near the door, sensing Eliana's fear and not wanting to startle her—yet. "Is Liam here treating you nicely?" She asked, giving what could almost be deemed a pleasant smile as she tried small talk.

When they got to the nurses office and found it empty Amara frowned up at Casey. "Where is Dimitri? Does this mean he is better?" She asked, hoping that was the case and not that he had gotten worse and was no longer with them.

Casey shrugged uncertainly, looking around the room "I don't know, maybe they moved him"

Anne stepped out of the neighboring room just then. The pair at the door startled her and her hand flew to her heart. "Is everyone okay?" She asked, eyes wide with concern. "You need something? Someone?" Questions tumbled out and she didn't have the sense in the moment to stop them.
