Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

"Talk about utilizing your time efficiently. Just look at that, it's the mother load if this was the zombie apocalypse! " Andorra said with disbelief.
Donella laughed at that and shook her head "Only if the apocalypse only lasted a day or two." She joked and handed her a water bottle. "I only took a little at a time because I didn't want to get caught. I don't know what they would do if they did catch me."

"I'm a Coati." Irine admitted timidly. It was a strange animal. Not many had heard of them. She was surprised by the amphibious contributors to Priam's DNA. "It must be hard being so toxic to others. It must make the simplest tasks, seem monumental." She observed aloud before she could think better of it.

" Territorial much? But at least you could help heft another forgotten piece of furniture down here. So, not a hardship in my book." Ashton asked with a laugh.
~~~
Dyrus's jaw dropped with mock offense as he looked at Haley. He then turned to head back to collect the plant. When he returned with it, he said, " Now, don't you feel bad? Especially since that Mr. Not-So-Nice turned out to be Mr. Pretty-Nice-Indeed?" He asked with humor.
The cashier smiled at the couple as she added the plant to the tally.
"Interesting," Priam said, nodding. He frowned slightly as he tried to picture a coati. He'd never heard of one, but rather than say so, decided to play it off and look it up later. Back to her question. He leaned against the wall beside her and crossed his arms as he considered her question. "I've gotten used to it, so it's not that big a deal anymore. But yes, it was hard at first."
"Hey, I'm a naturally territorial lion. You forget so soon, frog." Allen laughed lightly as he patted the couch's arm.
Haley rested her chin on her palm and leaned her elbow on the counter as she watched him. "No, I really don't feel bad. Besides, you just proved both our statements wrong. You are rather nice after all," she said, smiling up at him.
Andorra laughed and shook her head as she took the offered water. She frowned and looked to the bottle as she ask, "In that case, shouldn't I be waiting until I'm dying of thirst before I actually open this?"
Donella chuckled and shook her head "No, I can get more, it's just that it takes a while to gather when it's just one and you are trying to hide. Maybe we can work together to get more later on?"
Irine looked to Priam as he answered. She couldn't imagine what it was like. "Are you toxic to yourself? Oh, is that a stupid question? If so, just tell me." She asked as she covered her face with her hand.
"And you're not lion about that. Just as you'll be lion around on this couch. " Ashton joked as she elbowed Allen playfully. "Oh man! I could do that all day." She said through her giggles.
"Well in light of that, being wrong never felt so right. " Dyrus informed as he paid for the merchandise and took the bags. Handing Haley the plant. "Our love child, Haley. Don't let it die." He whispered in her ear teasingly.
Andorra's eyes lit up with barely contained excitement. "Yes, totally! I can help. I can be pretty sneaky when I put both my mind and my mouth to the task." She said. Then she made a zipper and lock movement.
