Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

"Guess you saw that." Laurel sighed as she took the cup, Razeth knew her much better than her father had. She still had not learned how to not to reveal her true identity, she had kept that hidden for far too long.

"Hey, they don't stave us needlessly. It's the medications that make us nauseated, so they hold off the food and water." He explained quietly.

"Don't laugh." Kenya snickered, taking the offered hand that helped her to get back up on her feet again.

Aneurin simply moved, avoiding her punch by distance rather than wasting energy with a block. "Don't give away your actions by exposing them before you have done them. Eyes are windows to the soul, I could determine your action by your eyes. Your enemies will use this against, you have to learn to be more careful." He stated wisely.
"Too late," Alexis said smirked. She pulled Kenya to her feet then opened the door.
------
Haley nodded but didn't look Aneurin in the eye. "Of course. I should know better by now," she said solemnly, then immediately moved to twist his other arm behind him, with the hope that she had caught him off guard.

Alexis burst out laughing at Kenya's misfortune. She slowed her own pace as she reached for the door handle. "You rotten egg," she grinned as she reached her hand out to Kenya.

Zaine sniffed at the air, his face showing slight disgust as he came upon the cafeteria. So this is where it was. Good to know. He hadn't been hungry last night, so of course he hadn't bothered to find the cafeteria then. He proceeded to weave his way throughout empty tables to get through the room, but stopped, mid step, and turned on his heel. A very unwelcome sight, or rather, person, was the cause of his sudden turn.  He took a deep breath and tired to act casual, but feared he had already been seen.

Haley looked Aneurin over, searching for an unguarded area of him. After a moment, she struck out with her fist at his left elbow.

Dimitri's attention did in deed waiver to Zaine. "HEY! How's my roommate?!" He called out with excitement.

Zaine face palmed, then took another deep breath before turning slowly. No use pretending he didn't hear. "Hello Dimitri," he said calmly.

"How'd your first day go? I almost ate an owl in Biology." Dimitri said with honest consideration.

Andorra look to the o e Dimitri spoke to. She came over to meet him and added, "But he decided to almost eat a cheetah chaser. I'm Andorra, by the way. I just had to meet that monster's roommate. It seems you got the short straw in the roommate department." She said with mild humor.

"It was as good as could be expected," Zaine said as he thought about how boring math had been, and how much better this school would be for these kids if they were allowed to sleep longer. "And he almost ate an owl last night, too," he chuckled as he turned to Andorra. "I'm Zaine, but you know that, I think, because you ran into me earlier," he grinned.

Andorra covered he face and said sheepishly, "I wasn't at my best. But at least now I know where I remember you from." She peeked threw her fingers at Zaine.

Dimitri didn't pay them any mind, he was too busy grumbled, "I wasn't trying to eat ya, it was a tiger hello. "

"Well hopefully by now you've figured out that people round here don't like your tiger hellos," Zaine said dryly. His tone shifted immediately as he turned back to Andorra. "Did you end up being terribly late for class?" He asked with a smile.
