Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

(@Run Wild do the children at Genesis High live in cells to?)

(No. They live in nice rooms. Genesis High students have freedom unlike what they had at Lord Laboratories, but have only one command: not to leave the building, and that is for their own saftey.)

(Go welcome a few people, boost your post count XD )
(I will :) )
"Wait, Dole and African Wild Dogs are two different species. Are you a triple mix?" Andorra asked curiously. She'd always loved the huge eared, chocolate, amber and white dogs.

Cyra stopped to think about, as she hadn't done before. "I don't know. I was told that it was a Dhole, an African Wild dog."

(Why is she being mean :P )
Kenya tried to not let the warmless greeting dim her spirits. As she entered the room she decided that she would be nice to Alexis, no matter what she thought of her.
( XD )

Alexis closed the door behind her and returned to unpacking her few belongings. "As you can see, there's an empty bed and chest for you," she said, nodding towards the mentioned objects. "Room's kinda small for two, but I guess anything is better than where we were before." She shuddered slightly as memories she was trying to forget came crawling back.

(Your a very good writer, by the way. Creative, description all while being intriguing ;) )
"No one should be treated the way we were. I hope revenge will return on the heads of those who've done wrong to us and all the other children." Kenya sighed, her mind filled with memories that had been forgotten for a time. She kept herself busy by unpacking.

Orthus stood outside their door and knocked three times, tapping his foot in agitation. He had been randomly assigned to some stupid welcoming committee, and had been forced to do this.

(thank you :D )

Alexis finished and closed the drawer, then slid the backpack under the twin sized bed. She sat down on the bed to watch Kenya put away her belongings. She fiddled nervously with a ring on her pinky as she observed Kenya. "I suppose you can shift," she said quietly.

(Wow, pinky is so disappointing when written out  )

Kenya had just lifted a picture fame from one of the boxes that she had brought in when she heard Alexis' words. "Yes. Although I wish more than anything I couldnt." Kenya privately looked at the picture, as she spoke her words somberly. "All I ever wanted was to be normal." She admitted quietly. Kenya's hands began to tremble, so that she lost hold of the picture frame. Kenya couldnt save the picture before it hit the floor, the glass shattering to tiny peices. "How clumsy of me" Kenya chuckled trying to conceal her emotions as she knelt and sadly picked up the torn picture of the young white couple. She could beleive she had ruined the only thing left of the life she once had.

Alexis sat quietly, unmoved by the emotion Kenya showed. The years at the labs seemed to have erased what feeling she had. She couldn't see what the picture was of, but thought it was likely something from the girl's past. Everyone who came from that lab had a past. Some pleasant and happy, others, quite the opposite. But whatever their pasts were, they were all now completely irrelevant to their present. "What were you made into?" She asked, referring to the shifting casually as if Kenya hadn't moved since then.

(Run, Wild, can Sophia be sent on an assassination mission to the high school?)

(I don't think so. Not right now at least. Sorry.)

"Deer" Kenya said quietly as she picked up the broken glass. She gathered the glass and laid it inside an empty box.
