Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Razeth held his breath as the footsteps drew closer. He prayed they'd pass them by but no such luck,  for they stopped outside the door and the unmistakable sound of a key unlocking it confirmed it.

Eric and James stood prepared for anything as Eric opened the door. "Laurel,  you're required in the lab. Don't make this harder then it has to be." Eric said tensley.

Razeth growled deeply in his throat at the intruders.
~~~
" The French do not surrender! Oui! You have such an over bite, you should really have that corrected." Leverett surmised stubbornly.
Laurel slowly pulled away from the safe fortress of Razeth's embrace. Shakily she rose, and willed herself to approach the men. "It's alright, Razeth. They won't hurt me." She assured Razeth quietly, looking back at him before turning a fearful gaze towards the two men.
(Is James a new filler character? 'Cause I believe the guy who helped Eric bring Laurel to Ryker for surgey was a man named Jeff.)
~
Aralyn had had enough. She sunk her fangs into the tender part of Leverett's shoulder, her thirst for vengeance on man kind could only be satisfied by his surrender, but never diminished completely. She felt, with satisfaction, her barracuda fangs pierce through several layers of Leverett's flesh.
James watched Laurel with wide eyes as she stepped from the cell. His hands tight on the shock stick at his side. Eric whispered to him, "Easy, don't be like Jeff." To Laurel, Eric said with appreciation, "Thank you."
Razeth didn't like that Laurel was so trusting of these fools. Despite everything he was feeling to the contrary, he watched her leave.
Leverett released his hold on Aralyn's arm to moan softly. "Mon Dieu! That feels divine. I should provoke you to anger more often, if it yields such results." He replied softly as he fisted a handful of her hair and drove her teeth in deeper. ( ;) )
"Hey, I have my moments." Dimitri said as he stepped off the podium and walked over to her.
"Let's see," Alexis murmured as she skimmed the books, determine how they were categorized. "How about we organize them alphabetically?" She suggested. It may seem like backward thinking, but since they weren't in alphabetical order, doing so may seem purposeful to anyone but the teacher.
Dimitri grinned sheepishly and rubbed his hands together eagerly. " Oh, now that's a great idea. After all, all books should be in alphabetical order. But not by author, but by book titles. " He said with added deviousness.
"Naturally," Alexis scoffed, surprised that he would even consider doing otherwise. "And to make things even more exciting, how about we flip the alphabet. Zs to As," she suggested as she went over to the door.
"Are you sure you're not Russian? " Dimitri asked with appreciation in his tone as he started removing the books and lining them up along the wall.
Alexis checked to make sure no one was in the hall before returning to Dimitri's side to begin moving books. "No, I'm not sure, but then I've never had testing done on that stuff or anything," she replied.
