Andorra listened quietly and smiled gently at her reveal. She then offered reassuringly, "That's natural after what we've all endured. It's not easily forgotten. I'll help you through this if you want."

Donella glanced over to her then back to the blanket and nodded "I don't think I will ever be used to people, but I guess I can try with you to help me." She said quietly, though she was really uncertain about that. She kind of just wanted to change and hide when she thought about being around a big group.

Alexis ignored his acting, instead bending down to grab a few books to place. "Are you a scaredy cat, too?" She asked as she straightened. "Cuz you've got no reason to be. Because as you said, we've got to get this 'job' finished."

Dimitri genuinely released a grateful breath. He's secret was still safe. He'd fooled her with his lies. "No, not a cowardly bone in my body. " He said as he came back over and started searching through the books for the next ones they needed.

"And when the job is finished," Alexis continued, "then, then there will be time for fun and games." She turned to face him just long enough to give a big toothy smile, letting him know his little lies had no impact on her.

Donella bit her lower lip as she thought about that then looked to Andorra and reached over to take her hand. She had to try, right? Even if she did come back here to hide, or outside to hide in a tree.
