Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Alexis pulled the book down and slipped it into the spot she had been eyeing on the shelf. "Yep, it goes in one side and out the other," she joked, thinking back on the indigo or whatever it was fact. Before he could continue with his blowing, she crouched down to gather up a handful of books.

Dimitri decided to behave, if only for a little while. "Alright, then. I'm sure there's a blonde joke somewhere in that statement." He couldn't help saying.

"How splendidly refreshing it is to get a straight answer on the first try. And this tall, skinny, pink-haired and little blonde girl, they wouldn't by chance still be here, would they?" Dyrus asked with his best charm.
"How should I know?" The woman scoffed. "I aint the housekeepin', if that's what you're suggesting," she spat, literally.

"Watch yourself, Tiger," Alexis warned, handing him a stack of books. "I may not play dirty, but I don't always play nice either." She flashed him a pearly smile for effect.

Dyrus smiled overly pleasant as he leaned forward slightly on the desktop. He then lashed out and fisted his hand in her grungly stained moomoo and pulled her to him to snarl, "THEN GIVE ME THE ROOM NUMBER!!!"

The woman let out a squeal that could easily have been mistaken for a wild pig had the setting been different. "217! 217!" She hollered as she grabbed at his hand in attempt to move it.

"How Russian of you. " Dimitri said as he flashed her a toothy smile of his own.
"I learned from the best," Alexis stated. To clarify, and to bust any sweet dreams he was about to conjure up, she added, "adopted older cousin. Used to join in our reindeer games and offered a few tips of his own."

(G' night.)

"Why do you talk like that?" Laurel giggled with curiosity. She had never gone anywhere outside of the city she was born in, and being deprived of education, she knew very little about the world beyond the one she knew.

Leverett at first didn't understand her question, but then smiled as realization struck him. "Mon Dieu, you mean my accent. It's because I'm French. Though I'm far removed from my home country, it is still my chosen language. Parlez-vous francais? That means, do you speak French?" Leverett said with enthusiasm.

Andorra stood in front of the right door and raised her hand to knock upon it. "Oh Zaine! Oh buddy! Oh pal! Can you come out to play?" She called through the door humorously.

Zaine jumped back when he realized that the people he had heard were closer than he thought. A lot closer, actually, as they were at his door. "Andorra?" He murmured. He put his eye to the eyehole to confirm before opening the door. "Play what?" He asked flatly.
Donella was silent as she looked to the boy that answered the door, giving him a shy wave but not speaking.

"Now wasn't that so much easier? " Dyrus asked as he released her with a little shove. He then reached into his pocket and pulled out a ten dollar bill. He flung it upon the desk with two fingers before Vasper and himself moved to leave the office. Dyrus made a point to pause at the exit before saying, "Use that to by as much gas as you can and burning this roach motel down." He then left, letting the door shut behind him.
