"Really?!" She exclaimed in awe. "I don't speak French, although I wish I could."

Leverett glanced ahead as they walked to the lab with Eric walked quietly with them. "It is the language of love even if you must speak it through your nose." He said jokingly. He looked back to Laurel and offered kindly, "I could perhaps teach you a little French if you so desired."

Alexis continued with the process, clearing a section of shelf then adding the correct books reverse alphabetically.

"Are we done yet? We started this like ten years ago." Dimitri said dramatically in his best childish voice. He hid his smile as he bent to pick up more books.

"I don't know, Margo," Alexis replied, grinning at what she felt to be a clever use of that line. "How about you do the oh-so hard task of looking at the remaining shelf space?" She then suggested.

"Yeah? The library's a nice place to be," Zaine stated. A nice place to be alone, he thought but didn't say aloud.

Andorra frowned mildly at Zaine's tone, but didn't push the matter.

Donella watched the two talking together and nodded at Zaine's words. She liked the library a lot herself. "It is nice" She said after a moment then fell quiet again

"If all you wanted was Dimitri's whereabouts, then I'll let you get back to hunting him down," Zaine said to Andorra. She had mentioned 'playing' but he wasn't sure he wanted to partake in that.

"No! We actually came to see you. I just thought a twofer would be great. So...? " Andorra said in a rush. She'd started rocked slightly back and forth on her heels with her hands still in her pockets before continuing, "...are you going to invite us in or are we going to stand out here like trees in a park?" Her eyes widened a moment later as a thought came to mind, "or is it a pigsty in there and you're too embarrassed to let us in? In that case, this is just really awkward." She stated as she once again tried to look past him into the darkened room.

She stated as she once again tried to look past him into the darkened room.

Zaine flipped the light on to reveal the relatively clean dorm room. "I was actually, just uh, doing homework and going over tomorrow's stuff, but I guess y'all can come in." He opened the door wider for the girls. "And, what's a twofer?" He asked, confused by what she meant.

"She means seeing both of you at once." Donella said softly, glancing to the room then back to Zaine

"I HAVE!!!" Anuerin roared, now made furious by Ashton's accusation. "Do you really believe I haven't been accountable for my actions? I was selfish. I kept Amaryllis here with me far longer than I should have, because I was lonely; if I had sent her away sooner Ryker wouldn't have been able to hurt her. Now because of my actions, I have to accept that she will never escape my father's possession. I no longer care about myself, only for Amaryllis, and if it wasn't for her I would gladly except death over this miserable life. But it doesn't matter. Dispite how hard I fight my father will win." Anuerin cried passionately, voice lowered in anguish. "Amaryllis is all I have left in this world, and soon Ryker will snuff out that last light of hope, and death will eternaly sperate us."
