Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

The fall earlier had been slightly painful though exhilarating, and she knew if she did it again she would be more prepared. So while she made her way through the city, avoiding people as much as possible, she surveyed the buildings and area, determining the best way to go if/when she was found.
Haley stood on a corner, noting the buildings directly before her and carefully counting their stories. The two-story distance earlier had hardly been enough to land decently with so she now searched for five to ten-storied buildings. There were a few, and, conveniently, they were practically in a row. With the layout memorized, she headed in their direction.

(This is gonna be fun, Nicky XD)

( Oh yeah. I'm looking forward to it.

Donella dipped her head and went in, looking around the room then heading for the back to find food, since none had been left out
( Not exactly what I was going for with his personality, but okay :lau )

"And I think you may have a bit of jack russell in you, for all the excitement this brings you," Zaine replied calmly before heading in.

Andorra giggled softly at his ridding. "But you still like me, right?" She asked as she hurried in after him. Much like the dutiful dog he'd accused her of sharing genetics with. She looked ahead to where Donella had gone. " Actually it doesn't matter if you do, I like you anyway. Because that's what friends do. Good and bad, I'll be the best friend you'll ever had." She sing songed to him before she hurried on ahead.

"What do you mean still?" Zaine asked, stopping in his tracks. When she continued on ahead, he followed, interested to see if the new girl had found anything in the kitchen. "Hey, Donella, she sings, too!" He called over the counter.

"And with great harmony to boot!" Andorra replied as she looked to see what Donella had found.

Dyrus crouched down to look at the scuffed up dirt. He shook his head with a sigh, "Wiped clean. They obviously made some kind of plan here. Especially since it appears they have split up." He said as he stood back up. "So who gets who?"

Vasper grinned and asked, "Rock, paper, scissors? Winner gets first choice. "

Dyrus thought about that a moment before he gave a decisive nod. "Deal! But no whining if you don't like the outcome." He countered.

"Me whine? I think not. Alright on the count of three.....one ....two....three! Oh, SNAP! Look at that! I won! Paper covers rock!" Vasper said with exuberance.

Dyrus took his rock fist and drove it into Vasper's arm. " and you gloat too much!" Growled slightly. He then smiled and dipped his head in acknowledgement of his win. "Which one is it? Dealers choice. " He conceded gracefully. However he quietly hoped he got Haley.

Vasper grinned triumphantly and stated without hesitation, " I want Amaryllis!"

"Then get go get her! Let's see who finds their prey first." Dyrus challenged further, as he started scenting his chosen target.

Vasper grinned deeper and said, " good thing you don't go to Vegas. You're a terrible gambler."

Dyrus simply made a dismissive gesture over his head as he walked away with his share of their entourage.

"Don't sit on that!" He called after him with a chuckle.

Amaryllis stood on the concrete pavement, turning in slow circles. She didn't recognize anything. She was afraid. Too afraid to move; too afraid not to.

(A lamb for the slaughter. But I'm not going to find ya yet. I'm waiting for Ryker to get closer to wherever they are. :D Sorry. )
